Stephaine Courtney received her Bachelor’s Degree from Whitworth University in English and received her Masters at Ashford University with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education. She is a passionate educator and director that has been teaching adult education courses for the past 6 years. 
 
She is the founder of The Learning Project which is a training center for early childhood educators. She believes in creating spaces for educators to reflect together and find solutions for their individual communities. Reflection and motivation training is her passion and she believes that it is one of the keys to solving high turnovers in early childhood.
